Inspired by Acadia National Park, this work of landscape art uses frit—crushed art glass—to capture the delicacy of conifers, wild roses, and even the spray of waves driven onto the rocks of Maine's coastline. The sculpture is illuminated either day or night by a light, recessed into the rear of the hardwood base, which is reflected off the wall behind.
